Over the years, I've accumulated a large number of mouthpieces which range from common, everyday designs to exotic oddities.
Some are essentially new old stock and others in varying stages of... well... retirement.
The Second Act
While most of my time is spent working on mouthpieces for clients (or for myself!), from time to time I like to take a break and reach into the pile and restore a mouthpiece to give it a "second act".
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
Occasionally, mouthpieces suffer an unrecoverable fate having encountered a floor tile, music stand, or otherwise lovable pet.
Most just need a touch up or perhaps more extensive tender, loving care.
